The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 96 and 137(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He next submits that it has been alleged that the petitioners have forcibly taken away the minor girls. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed to the petitioners. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioners have forcibly taken the minor girls. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that these petitioners have forcibly taken away three minor girls and the victims have stated in paras-23 and 24 of the case diary that they have been [2026:JHHC:1443] -2- forcibly taken away by these petitioners by way of allurement and further the gang of forcibly taking away the minor children is operating in the State of Jharkhand. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, named above. As such their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
