The following inadvertent typographical errors have crept into order dated 5th February, 2026. (i) In the 4th line of paragraph No.3, the police station is mentioned as “Chakdah” instead of “Chapra”. (ii) In the 5th line of paragraph No.3, the year of joining has been mentioned as “2024” instead of “2014”. (iii) In the 1st line of paragraph No.4, the name of the learned Advocate for the petitioner has been mentioned as “Mr. Govinda Chandra Baidya” instead of “Mr. Gobinda Chandra Baidya”. 3. Accordingly, the aforesaid order is modified as follows. (i) The police station mentioned in 4th line of paragraph No.3 be read as “Chapra” in stead of “Chakdah”. 2 (ii) The year of joining in the 5th line of paragraph no.3 be read as “2014” in stead of “2024”. (iii) The name of the learned Advocate for the petitioner in the 1st line of paragraph no.4 be read as “Mr. Gobinda Chandra Baidya” in stead of “Mr. Govinda Chandra Baidya”. 4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. 6. This order shall form part of order dated 5th February, 2026. 7.
