It is further contended that the same has also been communicated to the petitioner herein. Copy of the said proceedings has also been forwarded to this Court. 2.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. 3.The Court deeply appreciates the efforts taken by Mr.Vishakan, IAS, erstwhile Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Marketing Corporation Limited in examining the issue by understanding the seriousness of the issue before he had been transferred.
