Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 18.09.2024 before the 2nd respondent, requesting them to expedite the process of re determination of the enhanced compensation amount and pay the redetermined enhanced compensation for the acquired lands along with all statutory benefits with interest. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the 2nd respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 18.09.2024 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
