State of Uttarakhand Hon’ble Ashish Naithani, J. Mr. Mohd. Safdar, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.740 of 2025 under Section 3, 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, P.S. Manglaur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that there is no recovery from the applicant; there is delay of about 3 hours in lodging the FIR; the offence is triable by Magistrate; he submits that till date there is no FSL report to prove that the alleged recovered meat is beef. He further submits that applicant is arrested only on the statement of co- accused Sahid. 5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Shaku @ Shakir be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
