The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No. 7(c) of the order dated 03.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11675 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that 'the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police, twice a day at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders' is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders'.
