Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The statement of the girl recorded under section 183 BNSS has been brought on record. Though the girl is aged about 12 years, yet in her statement she has not whispered anything about rape or any form of sexual assault or activity. She, rather in her statement says that this petitioner did not use any force upon her. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2025. 6. Considering the statement of the girl, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial 2026:JHHC:5021 2 Commissioner-IV cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Ranchi in connection with Angara PS Case No. 102 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 113 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand. 7.
