JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 18/02/2026 By filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.11.2024 thereby, the respondents have kept in abeyance the letter No. F.3.15(सस)/AA-740/अनन-3/डस-2387 dated 20.11.2024. The letter dated 20.11.2024 which has been kept in abeyance by the impugned letter dated 22.11.2024, the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur has ordered to make the payment to the petitioner-firm as per the Circular dated 18.03.2016 and the terms and conditions of the contract. [2026:RJ-JP:7795] (2 of 2) [CW-18963/2024] Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that vide letter dated 04.11.2025, the impugned letter dated 22.11.2024 has been withdrawn with certain directions in regard to making the payment of due amount to the petitioner-firm. In view of withdrawal of the impugned letter dated 22.11.2024, the Court deems just and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to make the payment of due amount to the petitioner-firm within a period of two months in terms of the directions given in the letter dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure-25).
