Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.979 of 2025 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol arising out of Rasol P.S. Case No.359 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 3. Since co-accused, namely, Anama @ Anadi Palei is on bail by the Court’s order in ABLAPL No.14689 of 2025, a copy of which is produced in Court today and that another accused, namely, Ajit Kumar Mohanty is also directed to be released on bail upon his surrender, recording the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties and keeping view of the nature of allegation revealed from the FIR at Annexure-1, the Court is inclined to extend parity to the petitioner though he is not eligible to demand pre-arrest bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court learned S.D.J.M., Hindol within three weeks from today and in the event, he surrenders and shall be released on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.979 of 2025 corresponding to Rasol P.S. Case No.359 of 2025 upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, he shall cooperate the I.O. in the investigation, till the same is concluded. 6.
