GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Aggrieved by the non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner in relation to the works executed vide Agreement Nos.DR.No.07/2023- 2024 and DR.No.10/2023-2024 dated 12.03.2024, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri G.Venkat Sailendra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 3. Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings on written instructions dated 14.06.2026 submitted that, the authorities have admitted to pay the entitled net amount to the petitioner and sought three months time for such payment. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection, however, prayed to grant reasonable time as the amount is paltry. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities are ready to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission stage by passing the following order: “The respondents are directed to release the legally admitted/entitled net amount to the petitioner at the earliest, and at any 4 rate, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.” 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
