The petitioner, who is the 1st respondent in A.S.No.35 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, seeks an early disposal of A.S.No.35 of 2025. 2. According to the petitioner, the appeal has been pending before the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, since records from the Sub Court have not reached the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi. 4. Since the appeal is of the year 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi to dispose of A.S.No.35 of 2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if such a direction is issued by this Court. 6.
