Therefore, let both the cases be investigated dispassionately by the investigating officer. Since the submissions made that the case is false case is factual in nature, keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to raise the same at the appropriate stage, the prayer to quash the FIR itself cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
