3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.07 of 2026 for the offence punishable under Section 8/20 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Badkot, District Uttarkashi.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is falsely implicated in the present matter; there is three hours delay in lodging the FIR. The recovery of 709 grams of charas from the possession of the applicant is less than the commercial quantity under the NDPS Act. He further submits that applicant is a poor lady and her incarceration would lead to severe loss to her family.
5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application.
6. Having considered the
facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Uma Devi be released on bail on her executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
8. Pending application, if any, stands
disposed of.
