The petitioner has, however, not issued a notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Therefore, this petition is premature. 2. By leaving it open to the petitioner to re-apply for appointment after issuing a Section 21 notice in the event such notice does not elicit the requisite response, this petition is disposed of.
