Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3 perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that respondents have failed to issue certificate despite the legal notice dated 07.01.2026 being served. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would issue the certificate. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and issue the certificate by considering their legal notice dated 07.01.2026 at Annexure-A and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24038 WP No. 11592 of 2026 with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
