ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“PRAYER WHEREFORE, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to issue: a. Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to enable the Petitioner to carry-out the recreational activities in pursuance of
order in W.P.No.102209/2015 (GM Police) dated 12.03.2015 vide Annexure-A. b. Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.2-4 not to remove the CCTV cameras along with DVRs installed in the premises of the petitioner vide Annexure-C. c. Issue any order as this Hon’ble Court deems appropriate.”
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was a party in WP.No.102209/2015 which came to be disposed of by order dated 12.03.2015 and several directions were issued to the respondents. In spite of the same, the respondents are not adhering to the said order and they are interfering with the petitioner's business. It is stated that the petitioner has installed the CCTV cameras inside and outside the petitioner’s premises.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the respondents require the CCTV footage or interfere with

any of the electronic gadgets that are installed in the petitioner's premises, there is a procedure for the same. It is submitted that whenever the new officer comes, in spite of an order passed by this Court, they are again insisting for an order.
4. Learned HCGP appearing for the respondents submits that as per the guidelines issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, they are strictly following the same and they will adhere to the orders passed by this Court. Learned HCGP denies the submission made by the petitioner that they are forcibly entering the premises and removing the CCTV footage, cameras and the recordings.
5. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP for the respondents, perused the entire material on record. As far as the first prayer that is sought by the petitioner is concerned, i.e., to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to enable the petitioner to carry-out the recreational activities in pursuance of
order in WP.No.102209/2015 dated 12.03.2015 is concerned, this Court cannot pass such an order as already there is an order passed by this Court and for compliance of that order, another order cannot

be passed. As far as the second prayer is concerned, the respondents cannot forcibly remove the CCTV Cameras along with the DVRs installed in the premises of the petitioner without following the due procedure. Hence, this Court is passing the following:

Without following the procedure, the respondents cannot remove the CCTV cameras along with DVRs installed in the premises of the petitioner. iii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
