The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.192 dated 27.10.2025, under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Ratia, District Fatehabad and subsequently, Sections 3(5) of BNS and Sections 21(b) and 27-A of the NDPS Act have been added. 2. This Court vide order dated 21.04.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 21.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
