The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun (Nawada Bazar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 327 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 96/3(5) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15485 of 2026(2) dt.16-03-2026 2/2 6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. The victim girl in her statement has said that she had eloped with the petitioner and got married to him. 7. In view of the above, this application for regular bail is allowed. 8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Rajoun (Nawada Bazar O.P.)
