Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this petition, petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus against the respondent-University to conduct fresh valuation of the subjects Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics and Public Health Dentistry (RS-3) Examinations of April 2025 undertaken by the petitioner.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by the counsel appearing of the parties, as the petitioner has sought for the fresh valuation of the subjects mentioned above and in similar circumstances, this Court in Writ Appeal No.1208/2022 and WP No.11688/2023 and connected writ petitions, considered the regulations of the respondent-University and same was, held to be valid. In that view of the matter, I am of

the view that, the petition cannot be accepted, for directing the respondent to conduct fresh valuation.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
