The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of demolition dated 23.12.2025 passed by the Secretary of District Level Development Authority, Regional Office at Haldwani. 4. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the respondent, apprise to this court that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an appeal before the Commissioner. 5. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of demolition dated 23.12.2025 before the Commissioner. 6. Till the date of filing of appeal the demolition shall not take place, however, for further interim order the petitioner can pray before the appropriate authority.
