This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the opposite parties to conduct proper investigation into the crime in connection with Pattapur P.S. Case No.384 of 2025 which has been registered on 10.08.2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 333, 296, 115(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS. 2. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him under law, if so advised. (Savitri Ratho) Judge RKS
