No 292/ 2025 / A1 dated 08.04.2025 passed by the (1st Respondent herein) Revenue Divisional officer, Kangeyam. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order dated 08.04.2025, a joint inspection was carried out, however certain difficulties arose during the course of inspection. He would, however, submit that a fresh joint inspection would be conducted as provided in the order dated 08.04.2025 after issuing notice to petitioner, respondents 7 to 9 and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to conduct a fresh joint inspection as provided in the order dated 08.04.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24909 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 6 affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, respondents 7 to 9 and any other interested persons by 31.07.2026 following the uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.
