ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Roc.No. 14/2025, dated 25.04.2026 issued by the respondent No.9 directing the petitioner to vacate 10 front shops rooms and godown of Nandyal Market Yard, Tekke, Nandyal and deliver vacant possession of the same, instead of renewing the lease for further period of two years on enhancement of 10percent of lease rental on the existing lease rentals as per the allotment as arbitrary, illegal, colourable, exercise of power and contrary to the well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under Articles 14. 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same.”
2. Heard Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Sri K.Sambasiva Pratap, learned Additional Advocate Genera. Sri Gangisetty Rajeswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Agricultural Market Committees, is in attendance.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is in the process of vacating the subject premises and they need 45 days time.
4. Learned Additional Advocate General brought to the notice of the Court that the things are already removed in the subject premises. The only option left is that they have to take back their fixtures. It is further submitted that a

direction may be given to the Petitioner to vacate the premises within a couple of days, because, it is depriving the rights of the highest bidder, who participated in the auction. Learned Additional Advocate General would further brought to the notice of this Court that, despite the order of this Court, the Petitioner did not choose to participate in the auction and the highest bidder has every right to have the premises for the purpose of business. It I submitted that, auction was conducted one month ago.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Petitioner is directed to vacate the subject premises by 29.07.2026. Respondent – Authorities are also
directed to assist the Petitioner in removing fixtures to have the premises back, so as to enable them to hand it over to the highest bidder.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
