Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners filed a representation dated 24.06.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to release the amount of compensation payable to Late.Rajagopal fixed under the Re-Determination of Award No.51 of 2016 dated 28.7.2016. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioners’ representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7.
