This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2024 from the file of learned Senior Civil Judge at Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District 0to the Court of Family Court, Anantapur and to try along with F.C.O.P. No.40 of 2024. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought in the present petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary. A copy of the order passed in H.M.O.P. No.6 of 2024 is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
