Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 1st & 3rd respondents and Mr.V.Chandraprabhu, learned Government’s counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 27.04.2026 before the 3rd respondent, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27308 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 requesting them to measure the petitioners’ subject land land and forbear the respondents from laying road in the said land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the 3rd respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 27.04.2026 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
