The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tambaram, in S.T.C. No.659 of 2018, dated 04.10.2023, and consequently to direct the Registry to number the accompanying Criminal Revision Case. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed in S.T.C.
