The mother of Hanne (detenue), D/o. William Colas has instituted this writ petition seeking her production. 2. When the matter is taken up for admission today, Mr.Malarvannan, who accepts notice for learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side)has produced both the detenue as well as R6. 3. The detenue is aged 22 years, her DOB being 2.03.2004 (Aadhar card https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026:MHC:2952 HCP No. 1280 of 2026 __________ produced) and R6 is stated to be 30 plus years DOB (12.10.1995), for which no proof has been produced. 4. We had also permitted the parties to interact with each other and passed over the matter over to enable them to do so. There is no dispute in the ages of either the detenue or R6. In light of the fact that both of them are majors, they state that they were married on 15.6.2026 and they have also registered their marriage, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. 5.
