Mr. M.C. Pant, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel for the respondent-Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. 3. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 27.11.2020 passed by Assistant General Manager, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, Rishikesh Depot. By the said order, certain amount was recovered from retiral dues of the petitioner. Petitioner’s grade pay was also reduced. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of ₹1,56,535/- has been withheld by the Corporation from the retiral dues of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner retired in the year 2018, and after retirement, such order could not have been passed, that too, without hearing the petitioner. He further contended that the issue is covered by Division Bench judgment rendered in SPA No. 245 of 2022. 5. Learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, however, submits that petitioner has made representation on 29.04.2026, which is pending consideration before Assistant General Manager, Rishikesh Depot. He assures that decision on that representation shall be taken expeditiously. 2026:UHC:3447 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing Assistant General Manager, Rishikesh Depot to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 29.04.2026 within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. If the decision goes in favour of petitioner, then his retiral unpaid dues shall be released within four weeks from taking such decision.
