Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed online applications dated 09.05.2026 & 11.05.2026 and representation dated 12.05.2026 before the 1st respondent, requesting them to survey the subject land and fix boundary stones therein. However, the said applications and representation were not at all considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s application will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the online applications and representation filed by the petitioner dated 09.05.2026, 11.05.2026 & 12.05.2026 respectively and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 27329 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 5 8. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the revenue officials for conducting survey at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the title/possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court. 9. If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the revenue officials are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the 2nd respondent. In such case, the 2nd respondent shall provide all necessary protection to the revenue officials till the completion of survey at the subject land. 10.
