Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed the representation dated 19.05.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to refer the Award dated 30.03.2023 passed by 1st respondent to the competent civil court under Section 64 of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be considered, if it is within the period of limitation and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations filed by the petitioners dated 19.05.2026 and dispose of the same, if it is within the period of limitation, on merits and in accordance with law. In the event of any delay, the petitioner shall satisfy the respondents by providing sufficient reasons for such delay. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
