Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with POCSO Case No. 02 of 2026 arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 442 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 65(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Ranchi. 2. During the course of hearing, it transpired that the petitioner is the named accused and the age of the victim is 7 years. 3. This Court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 4.
