Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “That the impugned transfer order dated 19.03.2026 contained in Annexure P-3 is liable to be quashed and set aside qua the petitioner in view of the reason mentioned herein above. ii) That the respondents may further be directed to implement the Annexure p-2 or allow the petitioner to be continue at the present place of posting keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. When this case was taken up for consideration today, learned Additional Advocate General has handed over instructions received from Director, Animal Husbandry, 2 Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, dated 20.04.2026, alongwith which office order dated 25.03.2026, which reads as under:- “Keeping in view CWP No. 3650 of 2026-titled as Rattan Chand Vs State of H.P. & Anr.. In partial modification to this Directorate office order of even number 19.03.2026, vide which Sh. Rattan Chand, Chief Veterinary Pharmacist has been transferred from Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital Nadaun, District Hamirpur to Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital Tissa, District Chamba is hereby cancelled. The previous office order of even number dated 19.03.2026 vide which Sh. Rattan Chand, Chief Veterinary Pharmacist mentioned at Sr. No. 23 was transferred from Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital Nadaun, District Hamirpur to Sub Divisional Veterinary Hospital Sunder Nagar, District Mandi, against vacant post shall remain effective. He will not be entitled for TTA/ Joining time & any other allowances.” 3. In light of the fact that the impugned transfer order of the petitioner has been cancelled, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
