The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the past 9 years there has been no progress before the concerned court by taking this court through the order sheet and therefore seeks expeditious disposal. 4. In light of said prayer and the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court for the disposal of the subject proceedings, which is now 9 years old, by an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, if not earlier.
