According to petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate, the abovesaid FIR has been got registered by his erstwhile client on totally false, frivolous and non-existing reasons and, therefore, it needs to be quashed. 3. Admittedly, there is a cross-FIR in which there are certain allegations made by the petitioner herein against his such client i.e. respondent No.2 herein. 4. Both the cases are, reportedly, pending investigation. 5.
