Rules, read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, to record the death of the first respondent Mrs.Kantha in O.P.No.383 of 2025. 2. Original Petition in O.P.No.383 of 2025 was filed seeking for the grant of succession certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule hereto. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 & 3, raised no objections for the application filed by the applicant. He also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. 4.
