CMP No.18665 of 2026 in CRP Sr No.99232 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the civil revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions states that since the delay is only 41 days, the respondent has no objection for condoning such delay. Independently, I have also gone through the affidavit filed in the support of the petition and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not preferring the civil revision petition in time. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.K.Dhivya Subiksha, counsel for the respondent at the time of admission. 21.07.2026 MST https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
