Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on the self-medical ground has been wrongly transmitted to the Commission of School Education by the concerned D.I. In addition thereto, the petitioner is employed in a school where there are no students at all. 4. It is imperative that the petitioner’s transfer be processed urgently to ensure that her service is rendered in a more fruitful manner. 5. I direct the respondent no. 5 to immediately transmit all documents and records pertaining to 2 the petitioner’s transfer application to the respondent no. 4, by April 10, 2026. 6. Respondent no. 4 will deal with the application of the petitioner and if found eligible, will recommend the petitioner to her preferred schools subject to the fact that such schools are not notified for other selection process. This recommendation will be made by May 15, 2026. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 8.
