ORDER:
1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents not to shift the 33 KV High Tension Electric Line from its existing location to the 20-foot road passing through the petitioners' plots/houses in Dhanalakshmi Nagar, Tirupati, Chittoor. 2. Learned Standing Counsel, Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have already laid the 33 KV High Tension Electric Line within the road margin of Dhanalakshmi Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of the subsequent development, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to avail such remedies as may be available in law, if the need arises. 3. In view of the above submissions and the subsequent development brought to the notice of this Court, no further adjudication survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law, if any fresh cause of action arises. NV,J W.P.No.24984 of 2010
