Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by either side and taking note of the fact the petitioner being a lady and Senior Citizen, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry after issuance of notices to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 herein, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and disposed the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. It is made clear that if any cognizable offence is made out against the respondents 4 to 8, the third respondent is directed to register the FIR and proceed in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition(Criminal) is disposed of.
