For Petitioner(s): Mr.K.Krishnan For Respondent(s): Mr.C.Prabakaran, Government’s Counsel for R1 to 5 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner’s online application dated 22.05.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 22.05.2026 to conduct a survey and demarcation of the petitioner’s lands comprised in survey Nos.61/3, 61/6 and 61/8 covered under patta No.104 situated at Nagalampattu Village, Gingee taluk, Villupuram District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 22.05.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 22.05.2026 and carry out a survey and complete the process, after giving prior notice to the petitioner as well as sixth respondent and other aggrieved parties, if any, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. 6. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court. 7. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
