Heard Sri.Darshan S.M, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had to approach this Court on the circumstance that the concerned Court is not considering the application so filed before it in C.C.No.299/2015 and would now restrict his prayer for a direction directing the concerned Court to consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the said submission and the submission being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Nagamangala, Mandya District in C.C.No.299/2015, to consider the application filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:1432 WP No. 39059 of 2025 It is only a direction simplicitor.
