The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "i) Issue a Khatha extract in the name of petitioner in respect of house property bearing No.25/1 new No.37, ward no.110, situated at 20th Cross Sampangiramanagar, Karagappa Garden, Bangalore-560 027, in light of dismissal of suit in O.S.No.1741/2008 vide Annexure-D with immediate effect. ii) Issue a Writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the Circumstance of case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that an offline application for change of khata has not been considered by the respondents and necessary orders passed. 3. It being a requirement that an online application for change of khata is made in online manner accompanied by the necessary documents, I am of the considered view that no fault can be found with the respondents in this regard.
