The petitioner seeks for permanent injunction to restrain the respondents/defendants from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property of the petitioner. 4.During the pendency of the suit, I.A. No.2 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioner in O.S. No.5906 of 2025 seeking for interim injunction pending disposal of the suit. The petitioner seeks for an urgent interim protection through I.A. No.2 of 2025. 5.This court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application.
