Ezaz Aktar ……for the State. Learned senior advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and prays for bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the present state of affairs and the process of Administration is in progress for ascertaining in respect of the electoral role, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and as a matter of last chance give opportunity to the State to progress with the case. State, as such, is granted 60 days time to make substantial progress as directed in similar other matters. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after 30th of June, 2026. 2 At this stage, CRM (M) 2612 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
