BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER Date : 30-04-2026 Heard Ms. Grace I Namgi, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. N. Angami, learned Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 and Ms. K. Kire, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. It is submitted that both the respondent no. 4 and respondent no. 6 have been served notice via speed post and dasti service respectively in the main petition, and compliance affidavit to that effect has also been filed. Today, the matter has come up for passing order in the present interlocutory application which has been filed for striking out the names of the petitioner no. 24, Easter Kapfo and petitioner no. 26, Imnasenla I Imsong in WP(C)/165/2025. It is stated and submitted that these two petitioners no longer
Page No.# 3/3 wishes to pursue the matter, and therefore, seeks deletion of their names from the list of petitioners in WP(C)/165/2025. The aforementioned learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection to the said prayer. Accordingly, the petitioner no. 24 namely, Easter Kapfo, and petitioner no. 26, namely Imnasenla I Imsong are struck off from the list of petitioners in WP(C)/165/2025.
