The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17th July, 2025 whereby the application filed under Section 207 of the CrPC, the petition was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel submits that some material documents were not supplied to the petitioner. 3. The Court has gone through the order dated 17th of July, 2025, which indicates that the charges have already been framed against the accused and he pleaded not guilty. 4. The order further indicates that the copies have already been supplied to the accused. It has also been recorded that there was compliance of Section 207 of CrPC before the matter has come to the Court of Sessions. 5. I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order of the learned trial court. 6. With the above observation, the petition stands dismissed. 2 7.
