This Misc. application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner bringing on record the order dated 09.06.2026, by which he alleges, the respondent No. 4, has superseded the writ petitioner. He prays that the said order be not given effect to, till disposal of the main writ petition. 2. Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M. Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 1, 2 & 3, has submitted that the re-calibration in the seniority list, which is impugned in the main writ petition was due to the fact that there was a Review DPC with regard to the respondent No. 4, and as such his name appeared before the writ petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned DSGI that this Court by an order dated 22.08.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 83 of 2024, had directed for consideration of the representation of the said respondent No. 4, which was done and order issued on 25.05.2026, 2026:MLHC:765 which corrected the seniority position. He thus submits that there is no merit in the instant Misc. Case, and the same deserves no consideration. 3. Mr. M.L. Nongpiur, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, has also supported the submissions made by the learned DSGI. 4. This Court on examination of the application and in view of the submissions made by the parties, no interim orders are called for at this stage.
