Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the Petitioner for its kind perusal in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to to quash and set aside the verbal/oral termination order/action of July 2025 effectuated by Respondent No. 4 in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to directing the Respondents to immediately reinstate the Petitioner to the post PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 of Daily wager with continuity of service in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay the entire back wages/salary arrears from the date of illegal termination (July 2025) till the date of reinstatement so also grant all consequential service benefit including the cost in the interest of justice. 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, to which this Hon'ble Court may deems just and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was engaged as daily wage employee, however, suddenly respondents have stopped taking work from him. Aggrieved with which, petitioner has submitted representation before Respondents No. 2 & 3 vide Annexure P-4, which is pending consideration. She submits that as the representation is pending consideration, direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 & 3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that she is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. If the representation of petitioner is pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, and further submission of learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has already submitted representation on 21.07.2025, this writ petition is disposed of directing Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 3 / 3 5.
