I have perused the same. 3. After conclusion of the hearing, this Court showed disinclination to allow the applications and at the said time, the learned advocates for the applicants in Bail Application No.1104 of 2026 and Bail Application No.1160 of 2026, on instructions, submitted that they want to withdraw the applications and do not want to invite any orders of this Court on merits. However, learned advocate appearing for the applicant in Bail Application No.1287 of 2026 prays for passing the orders on merits. 4.
